She is very good and practical too! I have had dogs and cats but mostly large giant breed dogs! I have had borzois have dental and other work here and she is top of the line! I need to reach her to get a Prescription for Interceptor Plus for Lily my 12 year old Borzoi ! I have had a terrible time with phones this entire year! Will try to reach out to Dr Robin Chapman in Rutland, MA ! Lily is on Interceptor Plus all year and will keep trying :-)

This is the rudest vet; she is very harsh and makes rude remarks and comments. I take my pets to a wellness center for their routine shots and this makes her mad because then we do not have to pay the $40 office visit fee and with multiple pets it adds up. All our pets are up to date on all shots. My dog was having blood in stools but not acting sick; made an appt and took to vet. They made me stand outside in the parking lot like we had the plague (said it could be parvo); my dog was not acting sick no fevers, eating well etc. It did not have parvo. Anyway then she comes over and starts in on me that where have i been going for shots and I told her and she says "everyone wants cheap cheap they go to the Wellness center then come here when their pets are sick" Then she came out looking for another dog owner who had come outside from the office and walked his dog up the road; I told her he was walking up the road she said "he's probably trying to keep his dog away from yours" ok really not necessary. Then after 40 min past my appt time they call me in and take my dogs temp; not fever as I knew; and then she wants to do blood work to test for parvo and I said "do you really think my dog has parvo he has no symptoms; does he have a fever? NO does he look sick or lethargic? NO so I said how about we just test the fecal sample first and go from there." So she says he doesn't look sick and she agrees with me. Then sends us back outside to the car to wait. Then comes out to the car and says she found some bacteria and will send the fecal test out of house to be tested further. Says not to go in that they will bring my bill out to me. I get the bill and they charged more than what was quoted; the girl says Dr Chapman came over and said to add more onto your bill and charge you more. I was so mad by this point so I wrote a check and left. Called for fecal results (were told they would be in the next day) they were not in; called the next day no results; called the next day and they said they thought it was strange my results were not back yet and would look into it. Vet called and said the results were all negative. You are going to tell me at the office visit they found bacteria but when sent out they found nothing and that nothing was wrong when he had blood in his feces? I asked for a copy of the feces test and they said they would send it; have not received it. I am thinking they never sent it out to be tested and if this is the case I want a refund of the $48 they charged me for that test. So basically I had to pay $160 to wait in the parking lot for over an hour and be told nothing is wrong with my dog.

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
Did this animal hospital use current and safe equipment?
Yes; the equipment is very advanced!
