Dr. Todd is an amazing Vet and person. I travelled 80 miles with my 13 yr old Sheltie to have her help my dog. She gave my dog 6 more months of being able to walk. She is an expert in the field of chiropractic care for animals. I recommend her without reservation.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. This veterinarian always sends reminder cards for pets annual exams and in addition to this we always look forward to receiving the adorable cards they send out during the holidays. I've never seen a vet that goes so above and beyond to make their patients feel appreciated. When I had to leave my pet here in overnight care I was so worried but they always called with follow-ups exactly as promised and even called more times than they said they would. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. My pet is so spoiled every time we come here. There is always food and water available and the occasional random toy to play with as well. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
