They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the fun treats they get) . They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I really trust them and so do my pets. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. The examining rooms at their office were pretty clean, but I felt like they could have been cleaner. There was a hint of some smell I couldn't detect, but I didn't like it. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. This veterinarian wasn't really compassionate when my pet was sick. They just gave me the facts and didn't really appear to care that much. The staff and veterinarian were completely unhelpful when it came to any advice on what I could be doing to keep my pet healthy and happy, they're supposed to be the experts I thought.
