They are great with my little JRT Linus.. Very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. The Vetanarian knows his stuff, For me a beautiful location good location, easy parking & fairly close to home and to access. I'm glad I switched to Harbor Town Animal Clinic.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Yes, they are very knowledgable and gave me great advice

Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs

They'll get it for you, but you have to ask several times before they actually do it

It was satisfactory

No, no one seemed to notice I was there

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. We use to have very large dogs, and are now down to three very small ones. I wouldn't take mine anywhere else. Dr Henderson Is a great vet!
