They have the most professional and the most dedicated staff of any animal care facility that I have used (and yes I have used more than 1). Their staff is caring and knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to help. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Poor care for my dog, overcharged by a lot. My friend had exact same service and was charged less. 90+ Degrees where they board animals no air for them. Wayne the vet very rude and unhelpful. Mollie was extremely rude and unpleasant. Sent flowers and said we had no bill then months later sent us a bill w a finance charge and no itemized bill???? Made us look like idiots. We have always paid our bills. Extremely unhappy with the care of my dog. Went in for a dental and put him to sleep. I will be turning them in. Please stay away

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
