I went there 3 times. I would leave messages and no one would respond. Each time I went I would have to repeat things that I had said before as if I had never been there before. I sent a message requesting a 4th visit. Nobody responded. I found another counseling center that was less expensive and had better service.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Never, they are very reliable.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
