The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. This place might as well not even call itself a health club. This gym has absolutely no amenities; except a pool and a school. You can shower however the floor in the women's dressing area may be cover with 1" -2" inches of water. And the water gathers until it is approximately six feet across making it impossible to get to the lockers and renders a serious safety hazard for people with a disability! When notified by clients management will send female staff ( Nikki or Megan) to squeegee the water 5' -6' feet across the room to a drain. They claim the water comes from the front shower and closed it for a while. However water started to gather in the bathroom stall behind the shower they closed once they reopened. Mildew is excessive and a wall was deteriorating when the water was high. Rust and erosion are visible on the bottom of the lockers. Pool staff clean the pool with Ajax while clients are in the pool. I spoke with Sunny (Pool Supervisor) and was kindly informed that "this is the way they always do it - every Wednesday and Saturday around this time." I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
