This particular State Farm office does their business very unprofessionally. I changed a policy and two weeks later they took the money for the policy I changed anyway, after the agent stated that the change would be effective immediately, and the withdrawal from my account caused an overdraft. Upon learning of this, they requested I send a copy of my statement showing that my account was overdrawn because of their transaction. I complied. No response from this office for one week, to let me know they were working on it, nothing. I then get a bill from them for the original policy showing what was owed for two months, still the policy was not showing as changed. I then requested that my funds be returned to me, since they took out more than what was owed and I cancelled my policy all together since they did not take responsibility. They gave me back only a portion of what they took, even though I had cancelled everything at the beginning of the month. I had a policy in South Dakota and they were great there, but these people not so much.
