My family member stayed for about 7 weeks. Most of the staff was attentive. Administration was unreliable not helpful and did not follow up with family. allowed to make decisions with the member on their own even when the member was confused and clearly not able to remember speaking to them. I would never refer someone to the facility.
When requesting call backs or to follow up with someone never happened. unless showing up daily and requesting to see someone every 30m. Keeping PT longer then needed with no real reason.

Staff is nice and good to PT.
Managment doesn't return calls. To many excuses.
Feels it is ok to speak to a confused patient and not a family member.
No managements reply to any questions or calls or emails. takes over 7 days and still no real answer.

I do not remember this facility being so poorly managed.

Not the most modern decor but the care is tops.
great staff that really cares.
Administrator looks to please and is visible and not hiding.
if i could, i'd never place my Mom in a facility to begin with. But I have no choice. The grande helps me sleep at night

My mom is very happy to see her family and friends once again. It was wonderful to see our Regency family during our visit. I am very grateful to see my mom again. Thank you, Regency Grande, for keeping my mom safe!

Regency Grande Nursing does a wonderful job. Everyone who works there loves Regency and the love for their residents is amazing and shines through their communication.

My husband's mother became part of the Regency family following several hospitalizations. She chose to move to Regency because the facility was located close to our home. From her first day of residence, the loving staff in her unit treated her like a member of their own family. Details of her personal preference were quickly obtained and in a very short time, she felt like she was at home. The enthusiastic members of the recreation staff helped her organize poker games and provided her enough bingo, trivia games, and craft projects to keep her busy and active. My husband and I are so relieved now that her medical problems are under control because of the conscientious care provided by the doctors and nurses.

They helped me gain back much of my strength and physical stamina. They never gave up even when I was in pain. They were encouraging and persistent. All of their efforts certainly aided my recovery. Everyone was very professional and their wonderful personalities certainly contribute to their effectiveness.
