They are great,I was in Minnesota on vacation in August when my dog was bitten by another dog this was the only vet within 100 miles of Park Rapids that would look at my dog without having an appointment five or six weeks out. If I live there this is the only bed I would take my pets to thank you very much

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I found their qualifications easily. They should make their office easier to find with signs. Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they demonstrate care and compassion. It was a little upset with how rough they were with my pet and I think that if they were a little more gentle my pet wouldn't have been so frightened. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. As a side note, on my way to the appointment I was worried that I must have gotten wrong directions because I was practically out in the boondocks by the time I reached their building. I almost turned around because I was sure I must have passed their office, but to my surprise it was just really inconveniently located. I wasn't very happy with how inconveniently located their business was because if I thought I had missed it. It was really far from the freeway and other shopping centers. The vet office is in the basement of a regular house which I had never experienced. I wish they had explained that on thr phone. The prices were fantastic! I recommend them if are willing to find their place.
