Office staff is horrible with filling out paperwork, Had to wait 2 weeks for Temp disability insurance paperwork to be filled out. Another time took them almost a week before they told us they lost our paperwork.had to resend it to them, Thank god I made a copy. So if your going to this doc and are going to be out of work for short term disability you will have to stay on top of them to get your paperwork. Will not be returning to this office due to the lack of ( the girl that fills out the paperwork is out of work for a couple days or we just hired a new girl when she has time she get to the paperwork or the doctors not in to sign the papers.

I cannot believe the care I received at this center. The Dr. and nurses were truly amazing. I had steroid injections to my neck. They explained every detail of what they were doing...
