After over 15 years of using Dr. Alfonso's services, he has changed. Doesn't answer phone messages, one of which was a frantic emergency call. Seems nervous and distracted. Place is boiling hot and equipment appears outdated. He did paint and landscape the outside with some new waiting room furnishings on the inside, but appears perpetually financially strapped. He promised he'd call when supplements arrived, but didn't call. Never returned emergency call and indicated to me through his avoidance of eye contact that he was uncomfortable doing business with me since my divorce. Yes, Dr. Alfonso chose my ex-husband over taking care of my animals. Not the man he used to be...

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care
