Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. The staff here is not that friendly. It was hard to get any conversation out of them. They were not friendly to my pet at all. They were cold and seemed to really scare my poor furry friend. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
