My previous vet I had been going to for 20+ years retired. Took my dog for an initial evaluation at Banfield, brought all his prior records. Had to get a refill of my dog's meds, 2nd visit was like they had never seen him before. Took dog in back, never spoke or saw vet, got refills. Charge was $185. Will never go back. Terrible.

I brought my dog today for a yearly well visit. I was there a total of 2 1/2 hours. I thought they forget me in the room because I was left for almost 45 minutes with no one even coming in. They did a heart worm test but never gave me the results. I'm assuming it was negative. They told me my dog had an ear infection but never told me which ear. They did sell me 58.00 of ointment to treat it. I followed up with a call to be told both were infected. Neither ear is red or showing symptoms. Makes me wonder if he even has an infection. This was diagnosed by the tec. My total bill was 335.00 which didn't even include heartworm medication.I thought I'd try Banfield because it was convienent. I will not return and I will be sure not to recommend this place to anyone I know. It was very disappointing and upsetting.
