Doctor Winn diagnosed my infant with colic without even examining him and checking the the problems that I brought my child in for. A specialist said my infant was having pain from an 8-10 due to the issue, and that it was a problem totally different from colic. Thankfully I did not need a referral for insurance purposes to see a specialist because I would not have gotten one from here.
