Terrible customer service on the phone. I had to call them several times to set up a sleep reading. I asked if they would then adjust my cpap- they told me that I would need to look up my machine on the internet and follow the directions because that's all they would do anyway. 3 weeks later, they still have not sent the results of the test to my doctor and when I called about it the person answering the phone said that her manager said he would look into it. I asked to speak to him, his name is Jim and was told that he would call me back.

I wish I would have relied on my prior experience with them- a big zero. I have been expecting supplies to be approved and delivered in a timely fashion. I called, spoke with the manager each time. Every time he had an excuse. He never had any upates or information. Each time I called- "let me call so and so- see how she's doing" Apparently his story is a woman in Aberdeen is in charge of getting my supplies filled. Each time he had an excuse. I was patient for 35 days. I popped in to the office and got another excuse- ""oh she hasn't heard back from your insurance" and "the problem is ResMed supplies need to be shipped". When I walked over and pointed out 4 boxes of ResMed supplies- I was scolded for entering a makeshift room. I was condescendingly told "you can't be here" 3 times. I was disgusted with the manager and told him- your not doing your job-you should be working on this order everyday-(not when I call). I just had it- the manager is unable to do his job- he doesn't follow up- he always has excuses. Why couldn't he say "we are unable to fill this order" and get my permission to send my info. to another DME supplier????? In the end- the manager asked me to leave and I got nothing- in terms of customer service or supplies. I wasn't surprised. I CANNOT recommend this Port Townsend supplier.
