Rented a wheelchair for my mother-in-law here a few years ago. We needed it for a two week vacation and used her credit card. Turned the wheelchair in as soon as we got back. About six months later we had to take over her finances because of Alzheimers and found that Kleenwell was charging her a monthly fee for the wheelchair that we turned in months ago. Thought it would be a simple fix due to a misunderstanding, but they simply would not fix it even after we threatened small claims court. We will never use them again.

Poor service, lady was a bit rude, ankle walker sold was way too big, and they wouldn't talk to me about billing my insurance. Very frustrating. Wouldn't go here again if I could help it.

very very un friendly, and mean lady, told me to leave. I was in very much pain and wanted to rent a wheelchair, and she had no care about someone there with pain in very need of wheel chair. so I left her a few good words and left. I did read the reviews prier to going there and all reviews where all bad ones I did say all, some people are just mad at the world

The staff was extremely helpful when my mother was in need of Colostomy supplies. Very Kind, Knowledgeable & accommodating. Family owned business. Their prices are much more reasonable than Hospital Pharmacies. If and I do mean IF they are out of stock they won't be for long. They'll have it reordered and in the store w/i a couple of days if not the next day. They will call you when it comes in too.

Horrible customer service. I went into Kleenwell for a much needed item which totaled $2.50. I had no cash, just debit which they can accommodate. However, when I held out my card the lady helping me turned around and doubtfully asked another lady if they could in fact run a debit for this amount. The second lady got very upset and said that this was quote “ridiculous” and I should pay in cash. I reminded them that I had no cash and said I could take my business elsewhere. Luckily one individual had enough common sense to say it would not be a problem and “Ok’d” it. Do yourself a favor and take your business to a place where respecting and helping the customer is a priority and not an afterthought.
