Literally claimed they do not know how to check their voicemail system. What an atrocity of a practice. Avoid at all costs. Completely inept handling of insurance claims, delayed critical medical equipment due to "UPS slowdown." They failed to mention that their address had been changed, and the patient wound up at a building that had been empty for years. Calling about any of these problems will not help, as on the phone I was LITERALLY told that "we don't know how to access voicemail." AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Blue Cross Blue Shield should be ashamed that this is an in-network provider.
I have ordered a bipap machine and they have had approval from my insurance since 9/27/16. As of 11/14/16, they sill have not processed it. I am cancelling and move on to another provider. Life is too short.
Some of the staff are polite and helpful. Be careful of the staff that handles the business of purchase/rent/lease of the medical equipment. Be sure to contact your insurance company directly so that you understand exactly what your benefits are. If not, you may pay hundreds of dollars unnecessarily.
