Manager Debbie is not only rude and totally ignorant of proper procedures and customer service, but a total lack of compassion in furnishing medically necessary supplies when there is a problem - she is thoroughly without responsibility and empathy to the customer. A disgrace that she is the manager and front desk person. Switched med supply companies 3 months ago and never looked back.

front desk girl Debbie was consistently rude.. never heard back regarding supplies that I was entitled to and was not helped thoroughly.. went elsewhere and was amazed at the helpfulness
