A family member had a total hip replacement & needed a few supplies. Dice Surgical provided their expertise- they listened to our needs and recommended the right product. We later found ourselves in need of a hospital bed, it was a holiday & we had few options, but Dice Surgical came through & helped ease a very stressful situation. My family and I are beyond thankful for the assistance they provided. They care about their clients and it shows. I highly recommend Dice Surgical for any medical supply needs you have.

Prices are very high. They will answer questions but do not go out of their way to give you help or attention unless you ask.
I am handicapped and have trouble walking but nobody asked if they could get me anything and bring it for me. Nobody went out of their way to help and any questions I had, I had to go to the counter to ask. Nobody left from behind the counter to help me even though I was the only customer in the place.

I did find the items I needed but I did have to find them myself. Next time I will likely try Hub Surgical Supply to see if their service is any better and more helpful.
