This place is a scam. I called to make an appointment to have my cpap machine calibrated. The girl on the phone said they do it on their end and I didn't need to come in. They ordered my cpap attachments and I just received a bill for 614.53. I told my doctor I did not want to go there because in the past the workers don't care. Every time you call it is an inconvenience when you talk to them.

We took a prescription for critical medical supplies here for a head wound on Friday 1/4/2019. We were told they would be dropped shipped to our house on Monday or Tuesday. I called them on Tuesday to make sure they would be there. After several attempts of calling, someone finally answered. I was informed it was not going to be delivered until Friday. Leaving me without the medical supplies I need and was told I would have days earlier than that. Don't put your family's health care needs in the hands of a medical supply store that doesn't care.
