Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
