Will not answer their phone, had to call another office. They do not communicate what is needed with you. You will have to keep calling back...even if they tell you they have everything, the order is on the way! Call back the next day because another person will tell you something different! If I could give this place a zero I would. Our doctor told us to go somewhere else for c-pap supplies because this place is so unorganized.

This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. One thing that's been so annoying about A-1 MEDICAL EQUIPMENT INC, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
