They have incorrect information on my account. I am in compliance with my CPAP machine. My doctor has sent in his compliance report and notes 3 times. Then I find out Vital Care says I have to return my CPAP because my insurance will not cover it due to NOT being compliant!!!!! I will not use Vital Care after this. I had problems also the year before about compliance due to their errors. They are incompetent! I have also put a review on Yelp!

An insurance pre-authorization was needed and a prescription from the pulmonologists was mailed in 8/2018. To this date 10/18/2018, no prior authorization papers were filed with the insurance company. ????

Look-out for this company! They billed me for services that I didn't owe for ! Then billed me for months- even though I objected to them, to Medicare and to my insurance company. They are still billing me for charges from last Jan & Feb - that I don't owe. I'll never use them in the future. They even had their Lawyer in Florida call me and harass
me. Didn't work. I don't pay if I don't owe.
