jamie lamoureux After I had made co- payments for almost a year on my pap machine, which was paid for twice over what they really cost, they cheated me out of my machine, and told me I'd have to pay over $2,000 more for a $500 machine. They told my insurance company I wasn't using it, because I went to Mexico and forgot to bring it, so they canceled their co-payments.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They refuse to bring any further supplies until we come in and sign up for auto pay. What are people who have no bank account to do. Quit breathing??

The service is abysmal. Can't get thru during normal business hours. They haven't got a separate phone number for equipment failure emergencies. Billing is confusing and erratic. The people who come out in the trucks are very nice. Will be contacting HMO to see if we can change to another oxygen supplier. This isn't just poor service, it is negligent.

I would NOT recommend Bennet Medical Services. It took 2 times to get my portable oxygen system delivered. The 2nd time I was told they would not be here until 5:30 & when I arrived home at 5:15 the guy was already leaving until I stopped him. Also, I was never told I was buying this system. I thought I was renting it month to month. Now, I'm a proud OWNER of a portable oxygen system. I only used Bennett because of my insurance.

Absolutely terrible service, equipment (CPAP) stopped working, no resolution. Hit me with a surprise $540 6 months later (and had the nerve to threaten collections). Kept calling and having to leave a message that was never returned. Billing was rude and ridiculous to work with. I have began working with another company for my needs. My suggestions, RUN as far away from this company as possible, there is a lot of competition out there, you don't have to put up with this poor service!
