Worst service, tried calling 3 times no answer, left message no return call. Even called from their parking lot by the door, seen them inside, still no answer. walked in, they said they never got the call. Left message. You need someone their that can answer phones and be nice. The person that waited on him for new machine was fantastic, but the ourtter office people are not friendly.

I've bought maybe three walkers/rollators there and had a little repair work done. (All on my nickel). They've been good, accommodating and knowledgeable in transactions and repair work.
