I have use Apria in St. Cloud - now Sauk Rapids, Minnesota for over 15 years as the source of CPAP supplies. With few exceptions, I feel like I am bothering the staff with by business.
Today I called with questions about the recall of my CPAP. I once again felt like I was inconveniencing the person that I spoke with. The phone call ended with being told to contact my doctor. I don't know any details of the process that will follow.
I will be looking for vender that welcomes my business.

This has been a lousy company from day 1! They have bad customer service. When the company was in Duluth, Mn. they weren't to bad. But then everything went to a centralized spot. I am getting rid of my headache with them.
I recently had a call from none of the employees to arrange for pick up of my concentrator. The number I was given does not work! It just rings and rings. Or a recording comes on saying the number does not work.
So I called st. Cloud to try and get thru. No such luck! The person I was connected to wasn't even in the U.S. English was NOT his first language!
So for now I am calling my insurance provider and telling them to not pay for another month. And the concentrator is going outside. I am fed up with this company.
Anyone considering them- RUN in the other direction. They will take your money-but when you need help there is none!

I would never use this company or any thing. Their phone system is terrible you never get the same person. DO NOT let your provider place an order it will take several calls and 30 plus minutes to cancel
If they were selling air I would rather suffocate that go through them

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Warning: This provider may fail to process credits to insurance companies for Minnesota state employees. If you are a Minnesota state employee and use Bailey insurance, Bailey will garnish your paycheck or state tax refund for credits that were not processed; also, they will not listen to you if you tell them the credit should have been processed and was not. And so, if you are a Minnesota state employee, you may wish to avoid the head ache of Apria and Bailey altogether if you can.
