Very unsatisfied. Payments were to be conclude in 13 months but continued several months beyond the prescribed time originally quoted. When ask for billing records I was sent a three page list of payments that were impossible to understand or confirm what was actually paid. On two separate occasions their claim of unpaid balances were referred to a collection agency without a clear notification of a balance.
When entering in the Sales, Service and Rental Agreement the contractual paperwork is eight pages long, single spaced. I suggest you read it carefully and ask question up front before signing.
This has been a nightmare getting finalized. The service agreement was signed on July 2016 and was to be concluded around September 2017. I have just paid an additional unexplained balance of $83.50 today 10/8/18.
Horrible Horrible Service! The moment I walked inside and it took multiple rings to get someone to help me, I knew it was all downhill. The lady had headphones in which is why It took her so long to answer me, The customer service was absolutely horrendous, From canceling my appointment to not returning my calls, and giving me equipment without an explanation, I was disappointed in the service, to say the least. If you can switch to another healthcare, You will save yourself headaches and unnecessary stress!
Staff is NOT friendly at all. It seems that they are inconvenienced to even answer the phone. I guess when you are the only contracted company with Medicare; you don't have to worry about customer service.
Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. The equipment is overpriced, and I cannot buy just a replacement part. Since they no longer stock the CPAP mask I like and will not make any effort to order it for me, I have to resort to finding it myself. I recently went to a healthcare place closer to me, they did not know what I was talking about. I showed them online what I wanted and they ordered it for me. All I needed was the boil and bite mouthpiece for the no pro mask. They ordered it and had it shipped directly to me. The service was awesome and, yes, they were busy, but they took time to address all my problems.
