I have been waiting for almost two months now on my c-pap machine, each week I am given a different excuse, last Thursday I was finally told I could come in on Monday,today, at 3:30 to pick up my machine. After driving for over a half hour from Mayfield ky where I live, I arrive early only to be told my machine is not there and that they have attempted to call me since Friday and get a busy signal, cell phones don't give busy signals, they were able to contact me on my cell phone from the number in there system when they called to tell me they had received the doctors order for my machine, then she tells me they have the wrong cell number in the system. I feel I have been given the run around and lied to.

Great customer service and friendly staff at their Paducah Ky branch. Their home shipment division is not that great, either shorting you on supplies, or forgetting to send them all together.

You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
