They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their Respiratory Therapist Carl was so kind and attentive to me and my child . I didn't have to worry about a single thing when it came to my supplies or my child's care. The office goes out of their way to make everyone feel respected and their needs met. I really appreciate the extra effort they make to explain any coverage questions . I was very satisfied with my child's care. The office staff and Therapist Carl were always very considerate and professional.

No, its really far from the freeway and other shops

No. I still haven't talked to them.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

I wwould like to take a moment and bring recognition to yourselves for the VERY humane act you recently performed for a very good friends daughter. She was caught betwixed and between with an issue of coverage. Her newborn son needs monitors and supplies setup/delivered to his home so he can come home. It appears that her coverage was "switched" over unbeknown to her which led to not having the necessary equipment on hand. YOU stepped up and will provide her the supplies she needs till she can get this whole medical insurance confusion straightened out. In this day and age of rising medical costs, people left out in the cold or holding the bag, you showed that it doesn't have to be this way. There is still some compassionate people in the world that understand and are willing to help those that need it most.

I would like to commend you for assisting a friend of mine in Florida trying to bring her son home and ran into problems getting her supplies needed for her son. This day has been long coming and the heartaches they must have felt thinking they couldn't bring their son Mason home was devastating. You must be their gaurdian angel. Your help have given them such an uplifing feeling to mankind. You should be commened for your outstanding help for this family. May God Bless you and your staff and a Happy New Year to you and Mason's family.
