I have only spoken with St Francis staff on the phone, to get information and then to get confirmation of an order of supplies. This is my first time dealing with this at all, so felt pretty lost when calling. I was treated with such patience and kindness. I received just exactly the info I was looking for and look forward to working with them in the future.

They have very friendly helpful staff. I'm a young adult male who struggles with moderate to heavy bladder incontinence and I visit them to purchase adult diapers. The diapers and pull ups are not the best but but there better than Depends. Also if you would like a specific product they may order it for you if you provide the product skew number. I've been meaning to get them to order Wellness brand and NorthShoreCare adult diapers but haven't got around to it. Staff is amazing and product variety is low but compared to the area it the best your gonna get in waterbury for incontinence products.
