I have had problems at least 5 times. Orders not placed or missing or incorrect. I use approximately 20 c tanks a week. Often they don't have those on the delivery truck. Often they are short of the tanks I ordered. The most often though is delivery isn't made on Mondays which is supposed to be. When you call, you get a real run around

I got out of the hospital June 16,2018. they brought the oxygenator and
it was noisy and smelled like hot wires burning. it sounded like there was broken glass vibrating and the air flow kept diminishing.
I had to go buy my own oxygenator which I have been using since June 21,2018. It was a good thing I had a portable oxygenator to sustain me.
I have been trying to get this company to come get this oxygenator since June 17 2018.
I have been calling every week at various times. All I get is please wait we are busy on the phone.
Today May 1,2019 I finally get someone on the phone.
I gave the woman my name and information and she hung up on me.
that's why I am writing this review. they have been billing medicare
for a product for a year that I was unable to use.

For a very long time I have dealt with J and L Medical and have always had a great experience. Everyone have been professional and helpful with all my needs. Products always received when they say they would and even phones calls from them when I forget to call them when supplies need to be changed. (every 3 months). It is nice to have a provider that truly treats their customers first... Thanks to all of you

No urgency with customer service on oxygen tubing needed. Requested 3 times, still do not have the tubing. I was told to come to the Waterbury store if I needed it asap. I would but I am handicap and do not drive. Nice going J & L customer service.
