They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always fill my prescriptions quickly. I never have to wait. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Not really, it could be better

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Not at all. I even called ahead!
