For a pharmacy that deals in medications to stop premature birth they ARE THE WORST!!!! 4 weeks to process a medication that aims to keep my baby alive??? REALLY!!!!!
Phone tag for 4 weeks and STILL DIDNT GET THE MEDICINE!!!!!!!
Having to pay $4,000 (YES 4 THOUSAND) dollars because a pharmacy cant get it together to process the perscription!!!
CLOSE UP SHOPW AND GET OUT THE BUSINESS YOUR IN BEFORE YOU KILL MORE PEOPLE! B/c Im SURE a death has resulted from this companies carelessness!

I have the hardest time getting them to ship my medication on time. A fax from my doctor was sent 1/13/14. I called to insure the medication was being shipped and was lied to. The attendant said the fax was received on 2/11/14 and it would take 2 bus. days to process. They stated they would call back on Friday. No call was received and I called back on Monday 2/17/14. I was then told the fax did come in on 1/13 but the prescription was entered incorrectly. I was then told they would call me back on 1/18. I never heard from them. I called myself 1/18. Found that they entered it wrong again for a 3 month dose not my normal 1 month dose and the insurance would not pay. I talked to a supervisor and she told me it will take 2 bus days to process. I said it has been 5 bus. days and my medicine needs to be received by 1/19/2014. She said she would send it to a supervisor in the pharmacy. She hung up. I still do not know if my medicine will be shipped on time. This is the worse customer service I have ever encountered and this is not the first time they have sent my medicine late. How does any company stay in business when they run their company like this???

I would never recommend them to anyone. They were slow, inefficient, and just down right rude. They have never given me the incorrect amount of medication. I always know I'll receive the correct amount. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. I called them to see if my prescription was ready. They've never called me.

They consistently apologize when it comes to providing the needed documentation when it comes to reimbursement from Express Scripts despite initially stating they accepted Tri Care for Life. I have made over nine telephone calls to obtain the needed documentation for my claim but only receive an apology. What is so difficult? My regular pharmacy provides the needed documentation for other prescriptions.

If the needed information is not provided by March 4, 2014, my claim will be denied and I will be out $1,233.50. Does anyone have a direct number for Mr. Fitzpatrick who I think is the President of Accredo Health Group?

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
