I attempted to use this company for ordering pediatric rehab equipment for a patient. This company took more than one year to process the order and did not return phone calls or emails regarding the issue. They did not complete the order and have the worst customer service of any equipment company I have every worked with as a pediatric physical therapist. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
