I don't understand their system of calling me to reorder meds, then when they ask how much I have left, they say they have to call me in a week or so . What's with that? It's annoying. Last time it happened (in Nov), they never did call me again, just sent the meds without notifying me first. This month they called me too soon again and she asked if she could call again in about a week. When I said no, it didn't matter because she said she'd call me again.
