The staff has always greeted me on coming into the store and immediately ask if they can help. Many times they have escorted me to the product and made suggestions on what would work best for me. I think they do a great job based on volume and number of employees.

our many times filling prescriptions at Patti Drug in Baldwin mi have been confusing to say the least. My husbands drugs have been shorted on many occasions, my daughter's price for her scripts goes up in price unless she 'checks' Mat on it then he lowers it. I've waited and watched on occasion the staff frantically search for peoples drugs 'they say' well it was here did someone else pick it up for you? And the biggest mistake was Fri Sept 30th 2016 when i picked up a script for my husband, got home and found 2 scripts for someone else in with his bottles. That is inexcusable! Mat is a flirt and is either high or drunk at times. You don't even need to be a drug expert to see something is wrong with his demeanor.

Their staff was friendly enough, The problem I see is not enough pharmisists working filling the prescriptions so sometimes a long wait. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. One concern I have is that it seems they buy their pills from God knows where and charge lots for them anyway. They get a price break, not my insurance. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Good people, overworked.

I will NEVER return to this pharmacy again. First of all, I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted (one which was impacted), & I was sent there for the first time to pick up my pain meds & my antibioitics. My mouth was very numb, & obviously, it was a struggle to talk without feeling half of my face. Not only do I feel that the receptionist took it apon herself to be rude & as unhelpful as possible, but I could actually hear all of them (approx. 3-4 people) in the pharmacy area making rude comments about the customers & chuckling amongst themselves. The receptionist was actually CHEWING ON A CANDY BAR while I was asking her questions about my meds, & after 2 attempts to get her to repeat herself (I could not understand what she was saying while slopping on her food), she tried to make me feel like I was stepping over the line. She rolled her eyes many times & threw her arms up in the air while mumbling in response to quite literally EVERY question that I presented to her. I waited for a total of 2 hrs. before I was able to get my meds. They tried to make me believe that I must pay IN FULL unless I wanted to wait for "a very long time". Apparantly, they could not find any of my insurance information. I called my insurance company myself, & was told that they had the ability to see my coverage, and that if they were giving me a hard time, I would be better off to get my script & go elsewhere. Due to the fact that I was about 20 minutes away from the nearest pharmacy & my mouth was beginning to hurt, I decided to try to figure things out where I was. I came back in & explained to them that all of my information was there & I gave them all of my personal information again. It was then that they informed me that they could see my information all along, but they were having difficulties "processing" my information. Apparantly it would be a "very long time" before I would be able to leave with my meds. When I asked the receptionist whether a "very long time" referred to an hour + or a day, she did not surprise me with the eye rolling, head bobbing, & the mumbling. That's right - SHE HAD NO IDEA. Of course! It was then that my sister informed me that last year, she, too, had come in for pain meds & got so frustrated when they pulled the same stuff on her that she just gave in & paid in full. I decided that was NOT going to be me. When I refused to pay for my meds in full & demanded to speak to the actual pharmacist (seeing as I have not one insurance company for this stuff - but TWO!!), I received the same treatment. He tried talking over my head about new "software" that would not allow them to process my insurance information because of the "new year". I bluntly stated that he was full of it because I had just been to my "regular" pharmacists, both at Rite Aid & at Meijer just 4 days prior (both in January), & I had NEVER been told anything like this. He admitted that he could see both of my insurances online & he could see what my co-pay was. Therefore, as far as I was concerned, his "software" was NOT my problem. I started to get very frustrated & I'm sure I began to make a scene. After a failed attempt to "hush" me, he must have realized that I was not going anywhere, & angrily wrote the correct price amount on each of my 2 meds & shoved them at me. Although I wound up getting my meds for the correct price, they had completely drained me of my energy. On top of the pain that was setting in on my mouth, I left there feeling so angry. None of my questions were answered, and I felt worse when I left. Upon telling some of my friends who live in the area about my experience, they knew EXACTLY what I was talking about. Apparantly, this pharmacy in Baldwin has a reputation! And it is NOT a good one. Take if from me - drive the extra 20 mintes people!!!!
