A few of staff are friendly, but if you have to have pain medication, the niceness quickly fades, and you are looked at and treated in a different manner. No one should be treated badly. Especially when you were in an unpreventable accident, then disabled because of it requiring these medications for the rest of your life! Like you yourself wouldn't give anything in this world to have your old life back and not to have to take these medications, or depend on others who treat you like trash because of it! Very few times have I been there where you're treated the same when you walk in, as when you walk out, making you feel humiliated because of the medication you need to survive. Many times I have went home and cried. You are treated badly, put to the bottom of the rest, many of whom came after you (it should not take many hours to fill a few scripts), and many times even though I'm on social security, the prices are rarely the same! I once was on a certain medication that was very expensive, for 2 or 3 months they had charged one price... The next month I alloted out of my fixed income, the same amount for the medication I had been paying. This particular month they told me it would be $50 more!! I ask why? I was told because my insurance had a "spindown"... And if I wanted this very high amount deducted from my spindown, then I would have to pay the extra $50!!!! Needless to say $50, which obviously is nothing to them, I could not come up with. I did not meet my spindown, and lost that insurance!!!! It's a sad thing when some people obviously think that the Lord must "favor" them more, that it's their duty to put others who have had some misfortunes in their once beautiful and very profitable lives, "in their place"! Even those who have never read the bible have heard the verse " Judge ye lest ye be judged". As soon as my insurance adds another close by pharmacy to their list, I will be changing. I dedicated a great portion of my life in the medical business saving many lives along the way. Never in my life did I ever think that I would be treated in this manner, especially by people who are in a way medical people themselves. You should not be hasty to judge those whom you know nothing about!

This provider wasn't even competent in their own field let alone offering me guidance in any other area.
