Critical Care repeatedly sent me unnecessary supplies, even when asked not to send them. This is one way they can increase their revenues; the insurance companies don't know the difference. They have poor communication with patients, refusing to handle anything by email. They put all the onus for one's care on the individual, refusing to contact the doctor for special orders.
