Every time I call them I get my questions very quickly. They have some of the best customer service I've ever seen. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always call to let me know when my prescription is ready. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

They have the easiest refill system I've ever seen. I can always call and get it refilled within a couple of minutes. They always fill my prescriptions quickly. I never have to wait. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.
