I have used this pharmacy for years and wouldn't go any where else.
Have answered any questions and helped any way they can.
You can turn your script in and get it filled in a few minutes while you wait.
Try that at Walmart.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. This used to be a great place. Staff was wonderful, pharmacists were knowledgable, etc. However, in the past year, I cannot stand to go here anymore. There is someone that works here named Lindsay who is rude and unprofessional. She talks down to the customers and I have seen her first hand humiliate a worker in front of other customers. I later found out she is the owner's daughter. Go figure. I talked with other patrons on this issue only to find it was no surprise. The highlight of my trips there (as well as others) were to see Mrs. Poulter and Mrs. Russow. However, I will look for another pharmacy. I suggest you do too.

Ron and his staff are by far the best pharmacy in NW Arkansas. Their helpfulness, sound advice, and professionalism are second to none in NW Arkansas. They not only are helpful, they foresee problems and solve them before they occur!
