Excellent service and care from day 1. Staff is friendly and supportive and Dr. Thoma was superb in all the services provided. She addressed all my concerns and every visit I left feeling totally satisfied with answers to resolve. Thank you! Have recommended and will continue to recommend!!

I agree with connie mayrand. They left little jasper all alone to die in a cold lonely building.Giving the Mayrand family the impression someone would be monitoring him through the night. Just to find him dead the next morning.Who would leave a baby hooked up to an iv all night and not keep a check on him. He never had a chance!!!!!!!!!!

They took my money, assured me I needed to leave my maltese puppy overnight who had been involved in an attack from a husky for observation, took x-rays, hooked him up to fluids, then went home at 5 to let him die alone, giving me no chance at trying emergency surgery. I feel like they lied to me and neglected my pet. The next day I never got a return phone call from Susan Thoma. I feel like if I would've taken him to an animal hospital who actually did what they said they were going to do, which is be there like the led me to believe, he might be alive today
