They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They have the greatest designated area for pets to go to the bathroom here, which is extremely convenient. I never have to worry about scouting out a place for my dog to go pee and It is so well kept too. They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Also, they have the soft touch that calms down my (usually difficult) kitty. I love this place.

My dog was bitten by a rattlesnake some 20 miles from town. I called and they said the vet was supposed to be leaving the office by 1pm for an on site appt in Aguilar but that he would wait for me to get there. They took us in immediately and the professionalism, care and efficiency was superb. The vet even called us later that evening to check on the dog and the next time Honey Bear saw Dr Kirk she did the total body wag as if she knew he had been the one that had helped her through her crisis. I had called in with questions several days later and again, the staff was excellent and informative. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. We are grateful to have found such a wonderful caring vet for our pet.
