Dr. Friedman, was FANTASTIC... calming , professional during a highly frantic time for us...our dog had fallen out the window of the car at 35 miles an hour on a leash! She was so complete, explained procedures to us ( even though one of us is in medical field) , her exam , and mmmmmmmediaction explanitions were RIGHT ON POINT! and My dog LOVED her!

Dr. Friedman was called to our house to deal with the probability that my Chow, Bear, would have to be euthaniized due to severe arthritis. I was so impressed with her immediate diagnosis that my dog was not having a seizure or needing to be euthanized, but had a vesibular disturbace that affects his balance (vertigo). She taught me how to inject his medication at home to cut down the weekly stress of going in to the office, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future he has left with us. . Dr. Friedman made sure every single question I had was answered, and was available by phone if I needed further information. She was friendly and professional, and made a potentially negative experience much better.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
