Dr. Shrinath diagnosed our your Yogi at the first exam visit. She was extremely informative, recommend, diagnostic tests to confirm the problem, and treatment options. Yogi's condition is very rare for a dog. She treated Yogi as if he was her very own. After his treatment. Dr. Shrinath called while away on her vacation to check on Yogi's recovery. I'm so grateful for all the love and care she has given our family. Most importantly we will have many more years to share with Yogi. Thank you. God bless Chatoak, and Staff.

Sincerely, The Clark Family

The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The veteranarians that have taken care of my cats have been absolutely wonderful especially Dr. Linda Jackson. She is the best!

The staff is incredibly nice and well trained to work with people in a respectful way as many come with an emergency.
Our dog has had two emergencies that required a hospital visit; tetanus and a rattle snake bite.
Both times, accurate estimates were given after an assessment was given.
The care was top-notch from the front desk to the Vets and Vet assistants.
We would definitely recommend Pet Medical Center-Chatoak!

The staff is sweet, caring, loving, personable, knowledgeable, skilled, and empathetic to pets and their pet-parents. We have a blonde cocker spaniel (just turned 10 as of this writing) who had TPLO surgery, a very specialized surgery for a broken hind leg knee ligament. We followed the rehab instructions and in less than 6 months, she was walking as if nothing happened. 10 months later, she was walking and running as if nothing ever happened. The overnight loving care she received while at Chatoak shows in how happy she is to go in their front door.

We also had a black cocker spaniel, who was just the sweetest. She always had the sweetest care every time she went in, and she too was happy to go in their front door. When she needed relief from very bad arthritis at age 12 and was recommended to have a weekly injection of medicine to help her with that, the doctor taught me how to give her the injection in order to save us considerable expense.
Then, on the day we had to say good bye to her (one week after her 14th birthday), even as she was in a full, irreversible grand mal seizure from brain cancer, the gentleness and caring for her, and us, by her doctor at that painful moment made the process gentle, supportive and respectful for us all. The next day the office called to offer their kind thoughts and told us that they had taken a Clay Paw imprint of one of her feet and to drop by to pick it up when possible, and at no charge. It sits on a bookcase where we can see it every day. We also got a sympathy card signed by the whole staff. They didn't have to do that. They just did it.

They care deeply for us and our pets from beginning to end. We love everybody at Pet Medical Center-ChatOak.

This is the worst veterinarian clinic I have ever been to. It began with my first appointment for my two dogs in which I scheduled a routine check-up, booster shots and worming appointment with the office staff and my son was to take the dogs on that appointment. When he went, the clinic overcharged more than double for services that were not previously discussed along with the services that were discussed. After several phone calls to the staff supervisor, it was agreed that there was miscommunication between the office staff and the veterinarian and they issued credits. However, on two subsequent appointments for similar routine check-ups that were scheduled a month in advance, the vet was a no show and there were no efforts to contact me to reschedule. I am writing this review to forwarn other pet lovers that this practice DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY. The office staff is confused, disorganized and disrespectful. They don't even acknowledge you when you come in and make you wait a long time while they are busy talking with each other. They do not respect your time and clearly only care about how to collect the money for services they overcharge for. I have since then gone to another veterinarian having to drive a long ways but would rather do that than to go back to this unprofessional practice.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. This veterinarian always sends reminder cards for pets annual exams and in addition to this we always look forward to receiving the adorable cards they send out during the holidays. I've never seen a vet that goes so above and beyond to make their patients feel appreciated. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
