My 3 month old doberman had parvo. i knew what it was and told them. they said yes but lets check anyway...when prior to coming here i told them that i had no money other than 60...to add money to a test we all said was going to be positive...then they took her in and did another test on her that i was unaware of...my dog is dying...looking pitiful and my children and i are in the room crying. ..they come back in a few minutes and say ok, we are giving her antibiotics and shes severely dehydrated and you take her home and keep fluids in her...on the way out the door, the receptionist informed me i had over a 200 dollar account balance in just a few minutes of being there....whatever the dog is sick and if its 200 dollars for a tiny bottle of antibiotics then i dont have time to deal with yall...that same night i have to take my dog to the animal hospital...after hours and it is now the weekend and a holiday weekend at that...they keep her for the weekend on iv fluids and on monday morning send her to eastside clinic for follow up...they tell me that had i waited any longer she would have died and they can't understand why Hubbs clinic did what they did, or lack of...the entire bill that i paid from the emergency clinic for the entire weekend and the follow up vet the day after plus all medications and iv's and shots was only $500! Please tell me why for 2 minutes of their time and a small bottle of antibiotics that the dog didn't even need in the first place cost over $200! Not to mention they were harrassing me over the phone for payment immediately after they said they would bill me what I didn't have on me at the time...I hadn't recieved a bill for 3 months and they called me within a week of service...I do not recommend these people. They seemed like a bunch of quacks to me that just want money!!!
