we had a horrible experience there was only one nurse who was friendly dr. blood is not a person you want caring for your family pets never smiles never talks to or trys to get to know his pet patience just walk in do his stuff and goes not at all concerned about how are pets are feeling rather they are scared or not having to put down our baby he was cold and it was done horribly wrong we have had to do it before with another vet and we talked to one here in town it should not have been done the way it was dr.blood then wanted to put our boy in a trash bag in front of us like he was just another piece of trash. we had our boy cremated and it has been 3 weeks we still have not got him back and they have not botherd to call us to let us know why it is taking so long we have to keep calling them I strongly recommend you do not use this vet if you truly love your house hold pets for dr. blood has no feeling or consiteration for your love of your pets

Wow is all I can say about them. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members.
