my apple head chihuahua had after i did a lot of research what i think to be a siezure so i call them up and they seem to only do emergency visits for established patients.. well what the hell does it matter if I'm already a member or not .. they must not care about pets and only care about the money in my opinion..my boyfriend is a millionaire and have the money to pay for it..i don't want my dog dying and am thankful for my boyfriend ,,i hope they go out of business and go bankrupt!!!!

Absolutely not! My pet looked terrible and obviously not well taken care of

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

I have used them several times my wife and I foster mini dachshunds and they are the people we use. when I had to put down one of my dogs cause he was hit by a car. Still don't know how he was able to get out of the house. We took him there and the staff was very supportive and even sent a condolence card in the mail that was sign by the vet. I still have that card and they are very good vets and would not recommend any one else.
