Dr. Hoke is a ridiculously rude man. I would rather drive further away than deal with him for ANYTHING! Save your money and yourself a headache from dealing with him!!

If I could give negative stars I would. We took our puppy in because she was sick. She was diagnosis with Parvo. This place only cares about money. We had 3 options: put her to sleep ($200), Let her stay for one night ($950), or for 3 nights ($1400). I told them I had $500 and could pay the rest on my next payday. No we have to have all of it. Up to you if you want to save your pet. I finally got them to take the $500. They sent her home 2 days later for a total bill of $620. They were supposed to call on Monday to check on her. I called them on Monday because they hadn't called. I never got a call back. I took her to another vet that night because she started having seizures. If this vet would have called me back like they said they would and even after I called them myself maybe my baby would still be here. I also called them to find out about her cremation and if I could pay it on Friday and they hold the body. The lady said no we need our money upfront so you decide what you want to do with your dog. They are all about the money.

The clinic is located in a safe area. Last December, one of my kittens stayed out in the rain grieving for his sister who was stolen the previous day and became ill. The staff at the clinic were patient with me in my emotional state. I'm sure it was uncomfortable watching a grown man uncontrollably cry but the staff were compassionate. Unfortunately, my little Oliver died. The staff were kind in sending a condolence card which I treasure. I took my other two kittens as a precaution. They have grown to healthy robust country cats. thank you staff.
