If I could give a ZERO Star rating I would, recently took my dog in for a scheduled C-section (NOT an emergency one) only for her to die a few days after surgery and loose all of her puppies also, even after taking her to another vet for proper care. I was told by Sherry Stephens herself that she only used ACE and numbing medicine to perform my dogs C-section that she was not put to sleep. Thoroughly disgusted with the LACK of care that my dog received and the pain and suffering she must have endured!!

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
